You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If the return is due to a fault with the product you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorized. The item must be in an unused condition with all original packaging.

An exchange will only be agreed as long as the product is received unused and in perfect condition and it is not customized. If the item was a gift then the same rules apply but any refunds will be made to the original buyer only, not the recipient.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on bespoke or personalized products. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and any re-delivery charges for exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).A full postage refund will be issued for items returned due to fault.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. However, please note that once we have processed the refund, the length of time taken for the refund to credit the customers account will depend upon the bank itself, and so we are unable to guarantee the date the refund will credit the customers bank account.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
